  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY Please Note：Make sure the markings of “UP” on Vertical Tube(#7) upward and outward. Step 2:Assembling the Vertical Tubes 2.1 Connect the Vertical Tube(#7) with the T Section A(#4). Ensure that the locking pin is aligned with the locking hole and the pin locks into the secured position.
  • Page 6 Please Note：Make sure the side with locking pin holes on thick end of the Section B(#5) should face inwords. Step 3: Assembling the Top Frame to the Vertical Tubes 3.1 Place the Top Frame Tube(#3) and Section B(#5) as shown in the picture.
  • Page 7 Step 4: Connecting the Trampoline Mat to the Top Rail Frame After completing the spring and jumping mat assembly, the trampoline To facilitate the assembly of the springs to the Jumping Mat(#1), bed should look like this: please using the Spring Tool(#9) to pull the springs during assembly. Attach the end with narrower opening to the V-ring.
  • Page 8 Step 6: Assembling the Spring Pad onto the Trampoline Bed 6.1 Lay the Spring Pad (#2) over the trampoline so that the springs and the steel frame are covered. Ensure that the Spring Pad (#2) covers all metal parts. Step 8: Affixing the Enclosure Pole Tubes 6.2 Tie the strap located at the under side of the Spring Pad (#2) to 8.1 Connect the Y Shaped Joint (#19) with Upper Pole(#11) the frame.
  • Page 9 8.2 Connect the Bottom Pole (#10) and Upper Pole (#11) with spring button clips. 8.3 Connect the assembled Bottom Pole (# 10) and Upper Pole (#11) to the Section B(#5) with spring button. MONTAGE 8.4 Repeat the step 8.1 to 8.3 to complete assembly of the balance Bottom Pole (#10) and Upper Pole (#11).
