Enlever le boulon supérieur du cadre en desserrant l'écrou et en enlevant le boulon (photo 1).
Glisser une des rondelles de 10mm (article 9) sur le boulon à tête hexagonale (article 8=110mm de
long) de façon à ce que la rondelle aille se positionner contre la tête du boulon. Glisser maintenant
sur un des blocs de montage en metal (du coté avec le patron dépassant vers l'extérieur) et

positionner l'ensemble à travers le trou supérieur du support cadre (photo 2).
A présent, enlever le boulon inférieur de cadre et assembler le second boulon à tête hexagonale
M10 de la même façon que le premier, avant de positionner le bloc de montage en métal (à présent
sur la moto) puis à travers le trou du support de montage inférieur (photo 3).
Avec les filetages exposés des 2 boulons passant au travers de l'autre coté de la moto, placer le
second bloc de montage en métal autour des boulons, avant d'installer une rondelle M10 et , as un
écrou à chaque boulon (photo 4).
Serrer les écrous de chaque boulon, sans excéder 40 Nm.
Glisser une des rondelles 12mm (article 5) sur le boulon à tête hexagonale M12 (article 4=130mm
de long) de façon à ce que la rondelle se mette contre la tête du boulon. A pNow slide on one of
the shake proof washers (item 6).
Placer le boulon avec les rondelles à travers la bobine de protection (article 2) et à travers
l'entretoise (article 7) (S'assurer que l'extrémité la plus large se mette contre la bobine de
protection), photo 5.
Avec le filetage du boulon dépassant de l'entretoise, monter l'ensemble sur le bloc en metal
commencer à serrer (photo 6).
Répéter les 3 dernières étapes pour installer la protection crash du coté oppose de la moto.
Serrer les boulons de protection jusqu'à ce que vous sentiez une légère compression à l'intérieur
de la protection à l'aide d'une clé de 19mm. LA PROTECTION DOIT ETRE POSITIONNEE
COMME EN "C" AVEC LE COTE ARRONDI LE PLUS GROS EN DIRECTION DE
L'AVANT DE LA MOTO. Tourner un peu plus afin d'accentuer légèrement la compression.
Ne pas trop serer, au risqué d'abîmer la moto. Pas plus de 40 Nm.
Placer le logo en caoutchouc dans le creux de la protection.

motorcycle is not affected by the fitting of the Products. On return of any defective Products R&G shall at its option either supply a
replacement or refund the purchase money but shall not be liable if the Products have been modified or used or maintained otherwise
than in accordance with R&G's or manufacturer's instructions and good engineering practice or if the defect arises from accident or
neglect. Other than identified above and subject to R&G not limiting its liability for causing death and personal injury, it shall not be
liable for indirect or consequential loss and otherwise its liability shall be limited to the amounts paid by the Buyer for the Products or
the fitting or service concerned. These terms do not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.
Returns must be pre-authorised (if not pre-authorised the return will be rejected). Goods may only be returned direct to us if they were
purchased direct from us (customer must prove if necessary). Otherwise to be returned to original vendor. Goods must be in re-
sellable condition, in the opinion of R&G Racing. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee (25% of the gross value
exc. P&P – at the prevailing price at time of purchase). The customer must pay any and all carriage charges. No returns of
discontinued products, unless within 14 days of purchase. This policy does not affect your statutory rights and does not refer to faulty
goods.
