If using Mini Indicators mounted onto cable cover (Item 14) mount the assembly to the licence
plate holder (Item 9) using two M6 x 6mm bolts (Item 6) on both sides and leaving the centre
threaded hole unbolted for base cover fitment at later stage.
•
We suggest to remove both exhaust silencers for easier fitment of the tail tidy kit.
•
Otherwise it can also be done by following these steps:

Gently slide the OEM rear panel back in and locate the base/ cover plate (Item 8) on the
inside, at this stage reposition the indicator brackets if necessary to give good clearance. Place
the OEM push pins back in in its original position, securing the base/ cover plate (Item 8) also.
Refit the OEM bolts using suitable tools. Fitted assembly shown in picture 20.

Connect the rest of the connectors (Indicators and Licence plate light) to the OEM sub-
harness. Connect the OEM sub-harness to the main loom.
•
At this stage it is advisable to check operation of all lights.
•
Tidy the wires using cable ties provided and tuck into the space where wires were originally
located.
•
Refit both rear side panels, rider seat and pillion seat as original
•
Refit licence plate (It may require drilling)
•
IMPORTANT: IF FITTING A FULL-SIZE LICENCE PLATE AND PLACING IT
FAR DOWN ON THE LICENCE PLATE HANGER, THERE IS A SMALL CHANCE
OF THE LICENCE PLATE HITTING THE BACK WHEEL UNDER HEAVY LOAD
AND OVER LARGE BUMPS IN THE ROAD. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO
CHECK FOR THIS POSSIBILITY AND TAKE AVOIDING ACTION. FAILURE TO
CHECK THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY.

Depending on local laws, attach enclosed red reflector in an appropriate location
•
Test the indicators (Turn signals), licence plate illuminator and all lights before riding.

1. Undo the four M6 x 6mm bolts (Item 6) that are holding both indicator brackets
(Item 4 &5). Keep the brackets and indicators supported.
2. Bring the licence plate holder (Item 9) assembly towards the sub-frame and
mount it as original using original bolts (Item 1). Insert M6 washer (Item 2) on
each bolt and secure with M6 washers (Item 2) and M6 nyloc nuts (Item 3)
provided in the kit (Shown in picture 15). Gently manoeuvre both indicator
brackets assembly to locate above the exhaust silencers (shown in Picture 16).
Please ensure that all the wiring is still positioned through the centre hole of the
licence plate holder (Item 9). Secure both indicator brackets with four M6 x 6mm
bolts (Item 6) removed earlier.
3. Once in position tighten all nuts and bolts to a recommended torque figure
(Picture 17). Mount the cable cover (Item 14) (labelled A in picture 17) and base/
cover plate (Item 8) (labelled B in picture 17) using the remaining two M6 x
6mm (Item 6) and M6 x 10mm (Item 7) as arrowed in picture 17. Picture 18
shows the entire assembly in a better angle.
