Houselight Recess Kit Installation
Follow the instructions below to install an Ovation H-55FC product using the houselight recess kit.
1. Drill a 145–160 mm hole in the ceiling.
Ensure that the ceiling can support the weight of the product and associated hardware before installing.
2. Attach the support rail extensions to the
support rail using 5 mm hex screws. The
support rail extensions allow for 4 length
adjustment options up to a maximum
length of 33 in (838 mm).
3. Based on the load-bearing capacity of
the ceiling, place the support rail and
support rail extension on the support
structure of a drop ceiling or other ceiling
material.
When using the recess kit, the product must be installed into a plenum space with adequate open space
for ventilation. Installing into confined spaces with no airflow is not permitted.
4. Attach the recess kit to
the fixture.
