Page 7 SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS SYNCRA SDC is made in conformity with the national and international safety standard regulation. 1) Always isolate the pump from the mains electricity before installing or carrying out any maintenance. Power to the pump must be supplied through a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30mA.

Page 10 PUMP INSTALLATION: USE AND REGULATION SYNCRA SDC can be remotely set up by using the controller or by downloading the new SICCE CONTRALL App.( iOS-Android) For the physical installation of the pump it is necessary to proceed as follows: - Unwind the power cord of the pump in an area where it will not be damaged in any way.
Page 11 IN LINE APPLICATIONS It is recommended to place the pump in spaces where there is a proper ventilation and the pump is not directly exposed to heat sources. Place the pump so as to prevent too long idraulic pipings, which IN LINE would reduce its performance.
Page 12 MAINTENANCE For the periodic maintenance of the pump, unplug the pump from the electric socket and then remove the pump from water. 1) Lift the plastic ring of the pump’s volute pulling the tab outwards (Pic.6) 2) Remove the ring (Pic.7) 3) Remove the volute of the pump by turning and simultaneously pulling forward (in the case of fouling this may take more pressure).

To easily remove the bottom bearing, we suggest to leave the pump submersed with water and Pump Clean for a while to make soften debris or limestone.
Page 15 CONTROLLER USE AND PUMPS REGULATION By connecting the power supply to the controller, all the LEDs light up once. After about 20 seconds the Wi-Fi symbol will start to ﬂash slowly to indicate that it is ready and awaiting the set-up. After the conﬁguration, once connected to the Wi-Fi network, the led will make 5 rapid ﬂashes every 5 seconds.

Page 27 INSTALLAZIONE USO E REGOLAZIONE SYNCRA SDC può essere gestita utilizzando il controller in dotazione oppure scaricando la nuova App di SICCE CONTRALL App. Per l’installazione ﬁsica della della pompa è necessario procedere come segue: - Svolgete il cavo di alimentazione della pompa in una zona dove non possa venire danneggiato in alcun modo.
Page 28 UTILIZZO CON COLLEGAMENTO IN LINEA Si consiglia di posizionare la pompa in spazi dove ci sia un’ adeguata areazione e la pompa non sia direttamente esposta a fonti di calore. Posizionare la pompa in modo da evitare collegamenti idraulici troppo lunghi che ne diminuirebbero le prestazioni.
Page 29 MANUTENZIONE Per un corretto ed efﬁciente funzionamento SYNCRA SDC richiede una semplice ma necessaria manutenzione periodica, Staccare innanzitutto la spina dalla presa di corrente elettrica e procedere come di seguito: 1) Sganciare l’anello di chiusura della voluta tirando la linguetta verso l’esterno (Fig.6) 2) Rimuovere l’anello (Fig.
Page 30 7) Rimettere in posizione l’anello con i denti più grandi rivolti verso la pompa e chiuderlo premendo sulla linguetta ﬁno ad udire un “click”. Page 44 INSTALLATION Die SYNCRA SDC kann wahlweise per Fernbedienung oder durch die neue SICCE CONTRALL App eingerichtet werden. Für die physische Installation der Pumpe ist es notwendig, wie folgt fortzufahren: - Wickeln Sie das Stromkabel der Pumpe in einem Bereich ab, wo es keineswegs beschädigt wird.
Page 45 INLINE (TROCKEN) ANWENDUNG Es wird empfohlen, die Pumpe in einem belüftenden Bereich zu legen. Legen Sie die Pumpe nicht direkt neben Wärmequellen. IN LINE Stellen Sie die Pumpe so auf, dass lange Leitungen und Schläuche verhindert werden, die die Leistung reduzieren würden. Stellen Sie die Pumpe über den Wasserpegel.
Page 46 WARTUNG DER PUMPE Vor jeder Wartung oder bevor Sie mit den Händen ins Wasser greifen, ziehen Sie immer und unbedingt die Netzstecker aller eingetauchten Elektrogeräte ab. 1) Den Verschlussring der Spirale durch Herausziehen der Lasche lösen (Abb. 6). 2) Den Ring entfernen (Abb. 7). 3) Die Pumpenspirale durch Drehen und gleichzeitiges nach vorne Ziehen entfernen (falls Verkrustungen vorliegen, ist dazu etwas Kraft aufzuwenden).
Page 47 7) Den Ring mit den größeren Zähnen in Richtung Pumpe wieder einsetzen und durch hörbares Einrasten der Lasche verschließen (Abb. 9). Jegliche, auch sehr geringe Beschädigungen an den O-Ringen können die Leistung der Pumpe beeinträchtigen. In diesem Fall sind die O-Ringe auszuwechseln.
Page 48 BESONDERE WARTUNG UND AUSTAUSCH DES ROTORS Gehen Sie für die Reinigung oder den Austausch der Rotorbaugruppe (2) wie folgt vor: Die Schritte zum Öffnen der Pumpe wie unter den Punkten 1, 2, 3 und 4 im Abschnitt Wartung beschrieben durchführen. Um Verkrustungen im Pumpeninneren leichter zu entfernen und die Buchse leichter abzuziehen, wird empfohlen, die Pumpe für einige Zeit in eine Mischung aus Wasser und Pump Clean zu tauchen.
Page 49 BEDIENUNG DES CONTROLLERS UND PUMPENREGULIERUNG Durch Anschließen des Netzteils an die Steuerung, leuchten alle LEDs einmal auf. Nach ca. 20 Sekunden beginnt das WLAN-Symbol langsam zu blinken, um anzuzeigen, dass es bereit ist und auf die Einrichtung wartet. Nach der Konﬁguration blinkt die LED nach der Verbindung mit dem WLAN-Netz alle 5 Sekunden 5 Mal schnell auf.
