Installing the footrest :
The footrest is common to other models in the range. To install
it, simply pass the main straps through the metal hooks on the
harness at the end of each thigh.
These hooks are also used to adjust the length of the footrest.
Once the correct length has been determined, the buckle can
be locked by passing the strap back through the hook.
Installing the speedbar :
To install the speedbar, simply pass the cord through the
pulley on the side of the harness and then insert it under the
cover, and finally into the small guide LFR ring.
The speedbar can then be connected to the foot-strap with a
simple knot using the elastic supplied.
The speedbar is adjusted by means of the adjustment plates
on the speedbar.
The optimum setting allows you to take advantage of the full
range available on the wing when the second bar is pushed
with your legs extended.
