POSSIBLE CAUSE
A LONG co ee with pre-ground co ee has been
requested
The co ee beans have run out.
The pre-ground co ee funnel (A4) is clogged.
The grinding is too ne and the co ee is deliv-
ered too slowly or not at all.
If the water softener lter (D4) is present, an
air bubble may have been released inside the
circuit, obstructing delivery.
Too much co ee has been used.
REMEDY
Place pre-ground co ee in the funnel (A4) ( g.
12) and press the selector corresponding to
"OK" to continue and complete delivery.
Fill the beans container (A4) ( g. 10).
Empty the funnel with the help of the brush
(D5) as described in section "14.8 Cleaning the
pre-ground co ee funnel".
Repeat co ee delivery and turn the grinding
adjustment dial (A5) ( g. 13) one click clock-
wise towards "7" while the co ee grinder is
in operation. If after making at least 2 co ees
delivery is still too slow, repeat the correction
procedure, turning the grinding adjustment
dial another click until delivery is correct (see
section "7.5 Adjusting the co ee grinder"). If
the problem persists, make sure the water tank
(A17) is fully inserted.
Insert the hot water spout (D6) in the machine
and deliver a little water until the ow be-
comes regular.
Select a milder taste by pressing the "Strength"
button (C5) or reduce the quantity of ground
co ee (maximum 1 measure).
