The flush ball should be properly positioned so that the "A" and "B" distances are equal (see
illustration above) . If the flush ball becomes misaligned (resulting in water leaking from bowl or
other flushing problems), follow instructions below to resolve problem .

➤ Turn off the water and the electrical power to the toilet .
➤ Remove the water inlet hose from the toilet .
➤ Remove the toilet from the floor and turn it upside-down .
