Toilet fuse or circuit breaker is
tripped
Loose wire connections
Incorrect wiring of toilet to
incoming power
Defective circuit board
"OK to Flush" light is not lit on
status panel
Electrical failure from flush switch
to toilet
Flush switch may be defective
Loose flush ball motor wires
Defective flush ball motor
Flush ball motor drive arm failure .
Drive linkage failure
Blocked water supply
Loose/defective wires
Defective water valve
Defective circuit board
Electrical failure
Defective flush switch
Debris inside water valve or
defective water valve
Suggested remedy
To check the toilet fuse, turn off
electrical power to toilet, wait 60
seconds, then turn on the power to
the toilet . Check the circuit breaker at
the main distribution panel
Check for loose or defective wires at
circuit board pins 9 and 10
Check for reverse polarity of incoming
power
Replace the circuit board
Check for loose/defective wires
between the vacuum switch (on
vacuum generator) and wire 6 of the
circuit board
Check for loose/defective wires
between the flush switch and wires 2
and 4 of the circuit board
Replace if necessary
Check the wires between motor and
circuit board wires 17 and 18
Replace if necessary

Clear the blockage in the water line or
filter screen at the water valve inlet
