The appliance is not connected to an evacuation of air system. The appliance has to be installed in
a room with a suffisant air ventilation to avoid formation of any noxious substance that would not
be acceptable.
Ensure there is a free space above the griddles close to an air extraction system (air flow needed:
approximately 200 m³/h/griddle to supply combustion air, please follow the regulation applicable
in your country).
