MAINTENANCE STATION FOR AUTOMATIC GEARBOX
OVERHAUL OPERATIONS
The REVISION OPERATIONS section allows you to
interact with ATF to carry out the phases required
to service the automatic transmission. Press the
«Operations» button to access the functions required to
service the automatic transmission.
Quote search
Press the empty field next to the «By name» or «By number plate»
button to display the tablet keyboard, so that you can enter the
customer's name or the number plate of the car to be recalled, and
press the corresponding search button. Press the «All» button to
display a list of all completed quotations. Select the quotation by
clicking on the desired quotation line. The selected quote line will
light up in blue.
Press the (CONFIRM) key to access the «AUTOMATIC PROCEDURE
START» menu.
Search by Make/Model - engine code - gearbox code
Press the «DATABASE» button and follow the instructions already
given in the «CUSTOMER QUOTES» section.
STARTING THE AUTOMATIC PROCEDURE
Once the car has been selected, the application automatically
generates a report containing all the data relating to the
transmission to be serviced. The data relating to the duration
of the wash and the injection of «transmission clean» can be
edited by the user if required. Simply click on the field you wish
to edit and a menu will appear to increase or decrease the pre-
configured data.
The operations that ATF can perform in automatic mode are as
follows:
• injection of «pre-drain cleaner» (if chosen by the operator - procedure below)
• automatic transmission cleaning
• crankcase drain (if required by the transmission)
• fill radiator (if required by transmission)
• converter oil change
• levelling

To access the procedures for servicing your automatic
transmission, you must first select the car to be serviced.
This selection can be made by recalling the estimate if it
has already been made, or through a new Make/Model
search, or through a quick search by engine code or
gearbox code.
