MAINTENANCE STATION FOR AUTOMATIC GEARBOX
MATERIAL PURCHASE ORDERS
Click on the MATERIAL ORDER button to access the
function for purchasing the materials required for
overhaul operations. The vehicle model can be selected
using the Make/Model/Engine tree selection, or using the
quick search by ENGINE CODE or GEARBOX CODE (see
previous paragraph).Once the vehicle has been selected,
you can access the quotation functions. This section
opens with a SUMMARY/ ACCESS TO FUNCTIONS page.
This page summarizes all car data and data relating to the
gearbox fitted. On this page, you'll find all the information
you need to draw up a precise estimate of the work to be
carried out. Click on the REVISION function to download
the file from the online database via wi-fi internet access
(this may take a few seconds). The progress of the
download operation is displayed on the scroll bar. The
downloaded file is made up of several pages which give
the operator all the information needed to assess the
work to be carried out (type of gearbox, type of fittings
to be used, fitting fixing point, filter to be fitted and its
positioning, working temperature, how to carry out
the correct leveling procedure...) to enable an accurate
estimate of the time needed to carry out the work in the
correct manner. Press the Back button on the tablet to
return to the initial page.
Press the «OPERATIONS» button to begin servicing the
automatic gearbox for this function, read the OPERATION
paragraph carefully. Click on the «OIL LEVEL CHECK»
function to download the online database file via wi-fi
internet access (the operation may take a few seconds).
The progress of the download operation is displayed on
the scroll bar. The file contains the information required for
the maintenance operation.
