OMMISSIONING YOUR WINE CABINET
The recommended control range for the lower section of the cabinet is 8°C, thus the
temperature gradient will rise to approximately 18°C in the upper section of the cabinet.

of the cabinet will vary between 8 and 12°C according to an ambient temperature of 18
- 25°C.
When there has been a significant modification in set temperatures, it can take several hours for your wine cabinet to stabilise and display the desired
temperature.
IV- "Boost" function
A "boost" zone, located at the bottom of the cabinet, allows a bottle of white wine or Champagne to be brought
to the correct serving temperature more quickly
- When you need to use this zone, activate it by pressing the "boost" button, located at the top right-
hand side of the cabinet, next to the control panel (see p5).
- The lighting, located under the Boost button, indicates that the chilling function is operating correctly.
To set the temperature, first ensure that the Boost button is
in the off position "0".
V- Preserve your opened bottles of wine at the correct serving temperature
An oxygen extraction device preserves the wine by removing oxygen (responsible for wine
oxidation) from the opened bottle.
- Place the opened bottle on one of the two mountings, designed for this purpose (see
p5) and press the oxygen extraction bottle stopper downwards on the neck of the bottle
(ensure that there is nothing obstructing the neck of the bottle),
- Activate oxygen extraction by pressing the on/off switch located above the oxygen
extraction stopper.
- A light under the oxygen extraction stopper vertically illuminates your bottle
- Oxygen extraction is then automatically activated (the appliance then functions
independently)
To remove your bottle, first switch off the oxygen extraction function by pressing the on/off button
located above the oxygen extraction stopper (off position), then remove the stopper to release the
bottle.
