Release the self-locking plate and pay attention to pull the upper handle in place. Then lock the
self-locking plate. Please note the self-locking plate will cannot be locked if upper handle is not in
place. Only when these items are in place and after installing the battery pack with insertion of
safety key, will the unit be ready for us.
