Problem
Tool does not
work.
Bit cannot be
installed.

Cause
1. Battery is depleted.
2. Tool is over-loaded.
3. Battery is over-
temperature.
4. Burned out switch.
1. Something is stuck in
the bit holder.
2. Bit does not fit the
holder.
FOR RECYCLING
To preserve natural resources, please recycle
or dispose of batteries properly. This product
contains lithium-ion batteries. Local, state, or
federal laws may prohibit disposal of lithium-
ion batteries in ordinary trash. Consult your
local waste authority for information regarding
available recycling and/or disposal options.
Remedy
1. Charge the battery.
2. Release the trigger
switch and try
again.
3. Turn off the tool
and allow the tool
to cool.
4. Have the switch
replaced by an
Authorized SKIL
Service Center or
Service Station.
1. Clean the bit
holder.
2. Use suitable bit or
adapter.
