Tool care:
Cutter block, clamping devices, knife supports and knives must be regularly
cleaned from resin, as a clean tool improves the planing quality. To this pur-
pose, clamping devices, knife supports and knives can be put in a common
resin remover for 24 hours.
Resin from aluminium tools may only be removed with cleaning liquids not
being aggressive to this type of metal.
WARNING!
In case of a bad condition of the electrical system, the performan-
ce can drop for a short period of time. Ask a specialist.
In general:
• Ensure that the connection cables are in a good condition and do not have
any cuts.
• Ensure that the moving parts are aligned perfectly, firmly attached and not
obstructed in their movement.

Lubrication:

• Use lubricant in cans for the moving parts.
Cleaning:
• Clean the motor cover and the machine and vacuum up the dust.
Repair:
This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the consu-
mer. Contact a qualified specialist to have it checked and repaired.
CAUTION:
Do not clean plastic parts with aggressive agents. A mild rinsing
agent on a wet cloth is recommended. The machine must not get
in contact with water.
WARNING!
Only perform repairs and maintenance work according to these
instruction! All further works must be performed by a specialist.
Only use OEM parts for maintenance work. Using parts other than
original parts can cause damage to the machine.
