Please observe installation instructions and
approval of fasteners.
SAFETY INFORMATION:
The roof element, on which the Secupin will be
installed, must be rigid and designed to withstand a
maximum application of force of 14 kN safely in all
directions.
Align the Secupin in parallel with the raised
corrugations. (Minimum distance from roof edge:
2.5 m)
Mark holes with the assistance of the base plate
pattern and drill to 21 mm with a conical or step
drill.
Caution! The roof membrane must be protected
against corrosion!
Fold toggle bolts upwards and slide in up to plastic
pipe.
Insert all toggle bolts including plastic pipe in
insulation up to the stop. The push along the
threaded rods so far down, until the washer is
approx. 20 mm short of the upper roof membrane.
Retract threaded rod until the dowel is attached
unfolded to the roof membrane.
Remove nut and washers and insert Secupin plate
in threaded rods of toggle bolts. Install rubber and
steel washers as well as nuts.
Secure nuts with liquid adhesive to prevent
loosening!
Use a calibrated torque spanner to apply a torque
of 5 Nm.
