BLADE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
BLADE ASSEMBLY:
1. Place the blade against the ground.
2. Position the pivot (#37) on the center of the blade.
3. Install the
pivot flange sleeves (#40) into the mounting holes of the blade. Secure with the

hex bolts (#11) and the

blade springs (#27) onto

the upper holes of the blade. Attach
the other ends of the blade springs to
pivot (#37) using the
eyebolts (#66) and
110 mm
nylock nuts (#16).
NOTE: The blade is designed to flip
over when it strikes a solid object or
digs in too far. When the pressure is
released, the blade springs back into
position. The spring tension (#27)
may be stiffer by tightening the nylock
nuts (#16) on the bottom of the
eyebolts (#66). For less spring
tension, loosen the nylock nuts (#16).
NOTE: It may be necessary to loosen
the nut slightly holding the eyebolt
supports (#38) if they can not rotate
freely.
