Squeeze gently to
remove excess.
• Replace the filter felt if it is deformed or broken.
6.2.2- Sediment cup and fuel tank filter
a) Sediment cup cleaning
- ❶ Turn fuel lever to « OFF »,
- ❷ Loosen cup,
- ❸ remove the fuel sediment cup,
O-ring and filter.
- Clean fuel sediment cup, O-ring and
filter with solvent, and dry them
thoroughly.
- Place the O-ring then the filter in the sediment cup and then install them back.
Tighten the cup securely.
- Move the fuel cock to the ON position, and check for leaks.
Replace the O-ring if there is any leakage
b) Fuel tank cap & filter
Clean filter after 150h of operation or every 3 months.

Remark:
If the breather valve of the fuel tank filter and the fuel tank cap are clogged up, the engine may not
work normally or run at an unsteady speed.
Operating the engine for a long time without a fuel filter could lead to the scuffing of cylinder bore.
6.2.3- Spark plug
ATTENTION: never touch the spark plug immediately after the engine is stopped to avoid getting
burnt by the high temperature.
a) Remove the spark plug
b) Please remove or brush the dirt in the electrode with a
brush every 50 hours or every month.
c) Adjust the gap of the spark plug electrode between
0.7-0.8mm.
Reset it after it is
thoroughly dried
Wash the filter in
nonflammable solvent
Replace cover
dry it thoroughly.
Replace filter and cap
