5.2 – Use

- Start the concrete mixer by turning the switch on.

- Tilt the drum to the desired angle (this movement is done by pressing the nailing pedal and turning the wheel).

- Full the drum with the components to manufacture concrete in the following order:
½ of the water ⇒ ½ of the sand ⇒ All the cement ⇒ Remaining sand ⇒ Remaining water ⇒ Additives

- Once the concrete is done, tilt the drum in order to pour the mortar.

- Turn the switch off once the concrete has been made.
6- GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
6.1 - Use
-» This machine has been conceived to make concrete and mortar for construction. Any use of this machine besides its purpose may cause an
accident.
6.2 - Security
Electrical engine
-» Connection pinion / rack has mechanical protection and the engine covering is fastened.
-» It is protected against overloads and intempestive starts.
COMBUSTION ENGINE
-» The connection pinion / rack and the pulley / belt system have mechanical protection.
NB The removal or alteration of any of the of protection and security systems represents serious danger to the operator of the machine.

7- USE INSTRUCTIONS
7.1 – Control
-» The electrical control of the concrete mixer is done by the general switch, the machine possesses two buttons, green to start and red to stop.
7.2 - Risks of use
-» Do not insert any part of the body inside the drum.
-» When loading the concrete mixer with a shovel, do not introduce it in the drum
-» Inserting an object in the drum whilst in function may cause serious accidents; for the mixers can grasp the object making it twirl in the
operators' direction.
-» NB - Any use of this equipment besides the purpose for which it has been designed can constitute a threat to the physical integrity of the
operator and to whoever is close by.
7.3 - Aid in case of damage
DAMAGE
The machine does not work

The wheel does not turn or turns with effort
NB. Do not open the back cover of the concrete mixer with an electrical engine, before certifying that the power supply has been interrupted.
7.4 - Repairing
-» The repair of this machine should be done by qualified technicians in order to prevent any danger.
7.5 - Individual Protection Equipment
-» The operator of this machine should use gloves, eyeglasses and auricular protection.
8- MAINTENANCE
8.1 - Periodic maintenance
NB - Unplug the machine from the power supply before performing any maintenance operation.
-» Wash the drum daily with water (without pressure) and a brush to remove all remainings of the mixture. The water should be launched from
the top and it cannot reach the engine compartment.
-» Every month place mass and oil in the points shown in the fig.2.
CAUSE
Power supply interrupted
Fuel does not reach the engine.
Lack of lubrication. See Fig. 2.

RESOLUTION
Disconnect the machines plug and verify if there is electrical
current. Verify the existence of any damage in the cable linking, the
plug or the plug linking.
Verify fuel existence (See engine instructions manual)
Place some oil drops in the yokes' rear socket part nº. 34.
Lubricate with mass the yokes' front socket part nº. 28.
