4. Place Rectangular Exhaust (image 5) over vent rear and Lock it into place using 4 screws
(Refer to Figure 5).
5. Finally Using screws , install the vent cover plate removed
(image3) from the rear on the top of the hood (Refer to
Figure 3).
DUCTWORK INSTALLATION :
• Determine and make all necessary cuts in the wall or ceiling for the ductwork. NOTE: Install the
ductwork before installing the insert.
• Use steel pipe to connect the exhaust to the hood and the ductwork above. Seal with duct tape to
render all joints secure and air tight. Please refer to local and National codes for the usage of a
damper (included).
