2. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

2.1 Warnings and Operation

This appliance is used to cook food ( pasta, rice, etc.) in boiling
water by using suitable wire baskets (fig. 7).
Any other use should be avoided as hazardous misuse.

It is recommended to always empty the vat at the end of use so the
pressure switch's ideal operating condition is restored.

2.2 Switching on

Before switching on the pasta cooker, fill the
vat with the suitable cock (fig. 8), located on
the control panel up to the level mark (fig. 7).
