2.5 - PRELIMINARY CHECK
Before testing make sure the goods
holder plate is well-blocked, after which
test functioning with the following
procedure:
Push the "ON" push-button and the
-
"OFF" push-button (Fig. n°22);
Check if the machine does not start
-
automatically by removing the plug
and reinserting it while the machine is
running.
CHAP. 3 - INFORMATION ON THE MACHINE
3.1 - GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
The general precautions, even though they appear obvious, are fundamental for
the installation, use, maintenance and possible inconveniences with their
respective solutions.
The slicer has been designed to cut
fresh boneless meats and pork pro-
ducts (Fig. n°23). Any other use, in-
cluding cutting vegetables, is conside-
red unappropriate and therefore dan-
gerous.
The Manufacturer is not responsible
in the following cases:
the machine is tampered with by
unauthorized personnel;
components are substituted with
unoriginal parts;
the instructions in this manual
are not followed carefully;
the surfaces of the machine are
treated with inappropriate
products.
Keep this manual in a safe place for
future information or consultation (Fig.

5.1 - CONTROLE DU FONCTIONNEMENT
Pour la première utilisation suivre
les instructions suivantes:
Contrôler que l'installation ait été ef-
-
fectuée correctement comme indiqué
au chapitre 2;
Vérifier que le plateau soit fixé correc-
-
tement au moyen du bouton de bloca-
ge (Fig. n°35 réf.1);
Vérifier que le plateau glisse correcte-
-
ment sans rencontrer d'obstacle sur
la table de travail le long de toute sa
course (Fig. n°36 réf.a);
Vérifier que le bras presseur se lève
-
et se baisse facilement sans ren-
contrer d'obstacles dans son mouve-
ment (Fig. n°36 réf.b);
Vérifier l'ouverture de la plaque de ré-
-
glage épaisseur en faisant tourner e
bouton gradué dans le sens des ai-
guilles d'une montre et dans le sens
contraire (Fig. n°37 réf.c);
Vérifier que le dispositif d'affûtage soit
-
correctement fixé à la machine et
qu'on puisse l'extraire facilement sans
rencontrer d'obstacles (Fig.n°38)
