POWER ON
After installing the batteries all symbols will light up for approx. 2 seconds in the dis-
play. Afterwards, you may select the intensity (rowing dif culty) from L1 to L6 (stan-
dard setting: L6 = dif cult) with the arrow buttons. Press ENTER to con rm.
Function buttons:
RECOVERY: Activates the RECOVERY PROGRAM that will automatically evaluate your
tness immediately after your work out.
RESET: Press to return to main menu or to set the value to 0 during an input procedure.
Press and hold for approx. 2 seconds to set all values to 0.
START / STOP: Starts or stops a workout.
ENTER: Con rms a selection or a set value. During workout this buttons switches to
another function to display.
UP/DOWN (Arrow-buttons): Press these two buttons to scroll through available selec-
tions. You can also adjust function values with these buttons.
