Assembly
1. Assemble the Easy Aimer as shown above and on page 27.
Ensure that the ball and sockets are free of debris for optimum performance. The
unit can be mounted on the customer's mounting plate. The customer must provide
adequate bolting. Do not tighten clamping screws yet.
2. Rotate the Easy Aimer LR and SITRANS LR 400 to the correct angle for best
performance and then tighten clamping screws.
If the diameter is greater than 148 mm (5.8"), use the customer supplied mounting
plate. If sealing is required, include the customer gasket.

Application
On solids applications with high angles of repose, the
SITRANS LR 400 unit can be swivelled through 360° and
angled between 0 and 30° off vertical.
The location of the SITRANS LR 400 mounted on an
Easy Aimer process connection is rated to a maximum
pressure of 0.5 bar (7.25 psi) gauge.
