To ensure that the fan receives the signal clearly, stay within a range of 3 metres from the
device, as shown in the figure.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING OF THE ANTI-DUST
The device has a removable anti-dust filter whose function is to retain the impurities in
the air taken in from the room. The accumulation of dust may result in a breakdown of
the device.
Before taking any action to clean the filter, turn the device off. To do this, you can
disconnect the power supply, and position the temperature selector to OFF.
To clean or replace the filter, proceed as follows:
1. Grip the tab of the filter.
2. Pull the filter sideways to remove it from its housing.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the filter. If the filter is particularly
dirty, use a damp cloth to wipe off all residues. Dry the filter thoroughly before putting
it back in place. The filter should be cleaned at least once a month.
4. After cleaning or replacing the filter, put it back in place.
WARNING - The device will operate even without the filter. Make sure that the device
is turned off or detached from the power supply while cleaning it. Reconnect the power
supply and do not turn the device on until the filter is in the correct position.
