All food has to be cut in small cubes, no bigger than 2-3cm.

Clean the appliance after each use. Always unplug the appliance and wait for it
to cool before cleaning. Never immerse the motor unit in water. The blending
jar, water reservoir lid, blades set, steaming baskets, jarl lid: may be washed with
a sponge in soapy water or in the dishwasher. Wash all blades with care: they are
very sharp. Do not use abrasive products. Never pour bleach or chemical steri-
lizing solutions/tablets into appliance. If necessary, use a damp cloth to clean
the motor unit. After cleaning the blade, ensure that the seal is correctly reposi-
tioned (see photo: the flared part of the seal goes downwards).
