Position the X66 tilt mechanism on
the steering system shaft (17) and
abut it against the bracket (3).
Fix the tilt mechanism to the bracket
using the 4 socket head screws
M6x16 (18) with a tightening torque
of 10,4 Nm (7,67 lb∙ft).

ABS cover assembly
Position the fixed covering (19) on the
tilt mechanism so that the rectangu-
lar part is aligned with the locking
tooth (20). Then fix it to the device
using the 2 self-threading screws
ST 3.5x25 (21).
Fix the mobile cover (22) to the tilt
mechanism using the 3 self-thread-
ing screws ST 3.5x16 (23).

Posizionare il meccanismo X66 cal-
zandolo sull'albero della timoneria
(17) e mandarlo in battuta con la
staffa (3).
Fissare il meccanismo tilt alla staffa
mediante le 4 viti M6x16 a testa in-
cassata (18) con coppia di serraggio
di 10,4 Nm (7,67 lb∙ft).
Montaggio della
copertura in ABS
Posizionare la copertura fissa (19)
sul meccanismo tilt, in modo che il
recesso rettangolare sia allineato
con il dente di bloccaggio (20) e fis-
sarla al meccanismo tramite le 2 viti
autofilettanti ST 3.5x25 (21).
Fissare la copertura mobile (22) al
tilt tramite le 3 viti autofilettanti ST
3.5x16 (23).

Positionner le mécanisme X66 sur
l'arbre de la direction (17) et le porter
en butée avec l'étrier (3).
Fixer le mécanisme tilt à l'étrier
à l'aide des 4 vis à six pans creux
M6x16 (18) avec un couple de ser-
rage de 10,4 Nm (7,67 lb∙ft).
Positionner la couverture fixe (19)
sur le mécanisme tilt de sorte que
la partie rectangulaire soit alignée
avec la dent de blocage (20) et la
fixer au mécanisme à l'aide des 2
vis autotaraudeuses ST 3.5x25 (21).
Fixer la couverture mobile (22) au
mécanisme tilt à l'aide des 3 vis au-
totaraudeuses ST 3.5x16 (23).
