SCAN / Auto Scan
After the monitor is switched on, the LCD will display all values such as Time – Calories – Odometer – Pulse – Speed –
Distance alternating every 6 seconds.
SP / Speed
Read out of the current speed in kilometres per hour, range from 0 – 99.9.
DIST / Distance
An individual target distance may be preset by pressing MODE button. To adjust the value press SET button, each key
touch increases the value by 0.1 km, hold the SET button for 3 seconds for fast increase. Confirm the target setting by
pressing MODE button. The display automatically shows the count down from the target value to zero during exercise.
If no target distance is preset, the distance counts up to 999.9 km.
TIME / Time
An individual target time may be preset by pressing MODE button. To adjust the value press SET button, each key
touch increases the value by 1 minute. Confirm the target setting by pressing MODE button It automatically counts
down from the target value during exercise. If no target time is preset, the time counts up from 00:00 to 99.59.
CAL / Calories
An individual target calorie consumption may be preset by pressing MODE button. To adjust the value press SET but-
ton, each key touch increases the value by 1 calorie, as of 1000 each key touch will increase by 10 calories. Confirm the
target setting by pressing MODE. The display automatically counts down from targeting value during exercise. If no
target is preset the calories accumulate up to max 9999.
Note: This data is a rough guide which can not be used in medical treatment.
ODO / Odometer
Accumulates the total distance up to 999.9 km.
PULSE / Pulse
The monitor will display the user's heart rate in beats per minute during training.
Note:
If the computer displays abnormally, please re-install the batteries at the back of the monitor.
Battery Spec: 1.5 V UM-3 or AA (2 PCS).
The batteries must be removed and shall not be disposed in municipal waste. Dispose them according to the local
regulations.
This training equipment is not for therapeutic purposes.
