Placement

The MT Tumbler 500 must be placed on a at surface without irregularities on the ground. The machines are only suitable for indoor

use and under no circumstances should be exposed to moisture or water. When you need an increase in productive performance

and optimum processing of the owers, a tandem of two machines can be set up with the help of the MT Tumbler 500 Rail, which

can control the degree of tilting of the machines.

Operation

The MT Tumbler 500 enable you to work with fresh and dry owers. To process dry owers, a speci c drum is required. Ask the

commercial department of Master Products if you want to trim dried raw material

The MT Tumbler 500 are distributed with a cut-o mechanism that must not be tampered with by the consumer. If the grids and/or

blades are changed and/or cleaned, it is essential to comply with the safety regulations mentioned in this manual.

Start-up

Assembling the MT Tumbler 500

Identify hopper (B), the two short handles (C), the two long handles (D), the four ISO 7380 M8x25 screws (F) and the

four DIN 125 M8 washers (I).

Place the longest handles (D) at the input of the machine and the shortest (C) at the output.

Release the machine from the base of the pallet using a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the fasteners at each end.

Read and understand this use and maintenance manual before using the machine.

Remove the machine from the pallet by holding it by the imput (D) and output (C) handles with the help of another

person.

Fit the inlet hopper (B). Secure it near with the barrel leaving a small gap to avoid friction during machine operation.

Finally, secure the hopper (B) with the fasteners (E).
