FRONT TRACK SYSTEM
INSTALLATION
1. Using a lifting device, raise the front of the vehicle
and install appropriate stands. Ensure that the
vehicle is immobilized and safe to work on.
2. Remove front wheels. Make sure that wheel studs
and wheel hubs are free of dirt.
3. If applicable, remove CV joint protectors.

4. Loosen and remove nuts (1), bolts (2), and washers
(3) securing anti-rotation arm to front Track system.

5. Remove anti-rotation arm (1). Then remove bolts
(2) and washers (3) securing anti-rotation bracket
(4) to front Track system. Pivot anti-rotation bracket
(4) 180°. See Fig. 14

6. Re-attach anti-rotation bracket using its assembly
bolts and washers. Tighten bolts to 50 N•m [37 lb•pi]
of torque. Replace anti-rotation arm back into
position. See la Fig. 15
NOTE: Apply a thread locker product (Loctite 243 or
equivalent) to bolts before re-installation.
7. Reinstall bolts (2), washers (3) and nuts (1) to
secure anti-rotation arm to front Track system. See
Fig. 16
NOTE: Hand-tighten bolts only.
