To avoid damage, the tank and other parts of the motorcycle lying in the assembly area should be
covered.
To ensure the safety of the electrical systems, the battery should be disconnected at the negative
terminal during assembly.
Griffarmaturen,
Originallenker entfernen.
Remove controls, operating controls and hydraulic cylinders from the handlebars.
Remove the original handlebars.
In order to simplify the work to be carried out, it is recommended to dismantle the headlight insert
and tachometer.
Only slightly hang the headlight housing.
Before disassembling the original top yoke, always unload the front wheel!
Before installing the LSL top yoke, mount the ignition lock support with 2x M6x16mm bolts.
Now swap original top yoke against LSL top yoke.
To disassemble the ignition lock the heads of the tear-off screws have to be drilled.
Install the ignition lock with the M6x45mm screws supplied to the ignition lock carrier of the top
yoke.
Place the ratchet washers under the screw head as a screw lock.
In addition, use loctite.
The hexagon socket of the locking bolts of the ignition lock should be drilled after the final assembly
to theft protection.
To fix top yoke, first tighten steering head nut up to 15Nm / 11lbf ft, then fix the slider-tube's clamping
bolts with 20Nm / 14.75lbf ft. Now tighten steering head up to the original torque, referring to the
vehicle manufacturer's instruction.
Recommended handlebar type: LSL Type N1 / S1.
Mount new handlebar into the clamps. Mount the handlebar clamps evenly and tighten them after
the fitment with 25Nm / 18.44lbf ft torque.

optional adapter ring for original mirrors.
First fix the handle controls temporarily on the handlebars and align them. To ensure brake line is
tension free, it may be necessary to mount controls 8-10mm offset from end of H/bar
Check the clearance to the tank!
Mark the points for the anti-twist device and set necessary holes for fixing.
Glue the left handle rubber with a suitable adhesive.
