ASSEMBLY CONDITIONS
Installing mounting plates:
• To adhere to the dimensions of max. 600 mm and max. (P) (Fig. 1a and 1b), see the figures on page 2.
- Either drill holes in the side rails if not drilled and drill hole of the side plates (see Fig. 3a and 3b).
Assemble plates on the side rails using M16 class 8.8 bolts, tightened to a torque of 210 Nm ± 10%.
Or weld following the instructions on the previous page.
Fitting the underrun bar:
A-Welded steel bar
• Align the bar at the end of the mounting plates after checking that the dimension is max. 100 (Fig. 2a and 2b).
• Complete welding (min. 2 beads per arm).

B-Round bar
• Using clamps and washers and M10 lock nuts,
attach the bar after adjusting the max. dimension
of 100 Fig. 2b. Then tighten the nuts to a torque of
40 Nm ± 10%.
• No round bar on the BAF model.
C-Aluminium bar light bracket
• Place the 4 small plates in the aluminium profile's guides, then place the M14 screws with a 2mm thread, with 2
washers, to attach the bar to the plate, position them as illustrated in the figure (Fig.8a and 8b), tighten to a
torque of 130 Nm ±10%.
Installing lights
Our profile can accommodate all kinds of lights, but drill holes must be kept to a bare minimum. The mounting holes
must be suitable for the bolts and the diameter of the hole for routing the cable must be 5 mm larger than that of the
connector.
