8.1 Relay output classification wiring diagram

To enable connection of all different programmable machines, the output of classification
Within Tolerance, Reject, Rework is selected by relay contacts. This enables further the
connection to Vcc (internal or external) or to GND.

8.2 Connection diagram for R-M control entry

The R-M switch is located in the 15-pin female socket, it permits control of the instrument
by a programmable machine. This R-M switch has the same function as the key
as the input of the external data switch.
Similar to the relay output for classification, this function belongs to the standard version
for TT20 and TT60 instruments to connect programmable external machines to Vcc or to
GND.

8.3 Using a PLC control unit

The power supply for these connections can be either the internal power supply or an
external power supply 48 V 30 mA max, but never both together.
