13 Maintenance
The free movement of the shackle must be assured. Any and all evidence of soiling of the
NOE lifting dog which may impair its function (residual concrete, etc.) must be removed.
The fixing point on the NOE panel must likewise be free from soiling that may impair its
function, and be in perfect working order.
