INCIDENT
I have programmed the
pyrolysis function, the oven is
working properly but pilot light
is not lit up.
The pyrolysis programme has
ended and the oven is cold,
but the door is locked and
symbol is flashing.
The control dial is in position
0 and the door is still locked.

I have put the control dial in
position 0 and the door is
unlocked, however symbol
is still lit up and the remaining
time of the cleaning cycle can
be seen on the

CAUSE
Pilot light does not work

The oven has not cooled down
to the safe temperature.
You have not followed the
instructions to cancel the
operation correctly.

SOLUTION
Call the Technical Assistance
Service.

minute.

3. Turn the control dial to
position 0 again and wait
until pilot light turns off.

pilot light turns off.
