9.4 Installing the chair scales
In delivery state the balance is adjusted in a manner that when placed on an
even surface the air bubble of the water balance is in the prescribed circle.
 To check place scales on an even surface.
 Check if the air bubble of the level is within the prescribed circle.
 If the air bubble in the level is not within the prescribed circle, the
wheel height has to be adjusted, see chap. 9.4.1.
 Check levelling regularly.
