C Water Outlet – To connect high pressure hose.
D Water Inlet with Filter Screen – Connect garden hose here. A filter
screen must be in place at the end of the hose to prevent debris from
entering the pump.
E Red Shipping Plug Attached with Vent Plug – The pump is shipped with a red
shipping plug to prevent oil leaking during transportation. Replace with the
attached vent plug before using.
F Pump Head Build with Thermal Relief System – Cycles water through the
pump when the water reaches 125° to 155° F. Warm water will discharge from
pump onto ground. This system prevents internal pump damage.
G Folding Handle Push Bar – Push bar down to release handle. Fold handle
for storage.
H Air Filter – Protects engine by filtering dust and debris out of intake air.
I Fuel Tank – Fill tank with regular unleaded fuel.
J Choke Lever – Prepares a cold engine for starting.
K Fuel Valve – ON/OFF lever to control fuel flow to the engine.
L Throttle Lever – Sets engine in starting mode for recoil starter.
M Recoil Starter – Use for starting the engine manually.
N Spray Nozzles – 0°/15°/25°/40° and soap nozzle for various high pressure
cleaning applications.
O Spray Gun – Controls the application of water onto cleaning surface with
trigger device. Includes trigger lock.
P High Pressure Hose – Connect one end to the water pump and the other end
to the spray gun.
Q Spray Gun Wand with Quick Connect – Attach spray nozzle to wand, based on
the cleaning requirement.
R Ignition Switch – Turn switch to the ON position to start the engine. Set switch
to OFF to stop engine. Consult the Engine Manual for full instructions.
S Oil Fill Cap – Fill engine with oil here.
Bypass Mode: In bypass mode, the high pressure pump recirculates water when
the spray gun is not in use.
