ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
When this manual refers to a part number, it refers to the included Parts List. A
part letter refers to the included Parts Identification section.
Your pressure washer requires some assembly. Three open-end wrenches are
needed: 10 mm, 14 mm and 17 mm. The pressure washer will also require both oil
and fuel before it is ready for use.
UNPACK THE PRESSURE WASHER
1. Set carton on a rigid, flat surface. Remove all loose parts and packing. Leave
the pressure washer in the carton.
2. Cut the carton's four corners and open it so all four sides lay flat. Leave the
pressure washer on the carton while installing the wheels and rubber bumpers
on the legs.
ASSEMBLE THE WHEEL
1. Fit the axles into the axle ports as shown,
secure with the nut, spring washer and
washer (Fig. 2)
2. Fit the wheels to the axles and secure with
the nut and washer (Fig. 3). DO NOT over
tighten the nuts, the wheels must be able to
rotate freely.
ASSEMBLE THE RUBBER FEET.
Fit the rubber feet to the legs as shown (Fig. 4).
ASSEMBLE THE SPRAY GUN/HOSE HOOK
Fit the hook into the position shown and secure using the washers and nuts on the
bracket (Fig. 5).
