Install pump oil dipstick.

ENGINE MAINTENANCE
See the Engine manual for instructions on how to properly maintain the engine.
CLEANING
Clean accumulated debris from the pressure washer's muffler and cooling slots
daily to reduce the risk of overheating and ignition of the debris. Also check that
there is nothing blocking the linkage, spring and controls.
Use a damp cloth to wipe exterior surfaces clean. A soft bristle brush can loosen
caked on dirt, oil, etc. A vacuum cleaner will remove loose dirt and debris in difficult
to reach places.
Examine the screen on the pump water inlet. Clean it if the screen is clogged or
replace it if screen is damaged.
STORAGE
Consult the Engine manual for instructions on preparing the engine for storage.
PRESSURE WASHER STORAGE
1.
Disconnect the spray gun from the high pressure hose after the pressure
washer is cool and the water pressure is released.
2.
Drain all water from the high pressure hose, coil it and store it in cradle of
pressure washer handle.
3.
Drain all water from the spray gun and spray wand by holding the spray gun in
the vertical position with nozzle pointed downward. Squeeze trigger to remove
fluids. Store in spray gun/hose holder.
4.
Store siphon hose, high pressure hose and spray wand so they are protected
from damage, such as being run over.
PROTECTING INTERNAL SEALS
The internal seals require additional preparation if the pressure washer is stored for
more than 30 days or freezing temperatures are expected.
