In compliance with directive (EU) 2019/771 on certain aspects concerning contracts for the sale
of goods, when purchasing goods, consumers are entitled to have the legal guarantee of
conformity of said goods with the contract ('Legal Guarantee') granted by the seller at no
charge.
As a result, the seller (or the professional from whom you purchase it) has a liability to you for
any compliance defect of the easyWallbox.
The Legal Guarantee covers all compliance defects existing at the time of delivery of the
easyWallbox and which appear in the 2 (two) years from that moment ('Guarantee Period').
It is assumed that any defect that appears within a year of delivery of the
existed at that date.
During the Guarantee Period, the seller must give you the Legal Guarantee free of charge
without additional shipping and/or intervention costs.
In addition, the seller is required to advise you of the updates available and the consequences
of failure to install them.
If there is a compliance fault, you have the right to ask for:
repair, using new and/or reconditioned parts (equivalent to new ones for performance

and reliability);
or
replacement of the produce with a device (i) of the same model or (ii) subject to

agreement, a model with similar functions, consisting of new and/or reconditioned
parts (equivalent to new ones for performance and reliability).
Where repair or replacement in the terms described above cannot be made, you will have the
right to a proportional reduction of the price or, in the event of serious defects, the termination
of the contract with the resulting return of the
purchase price.
