UPnP

UPnP (Universal Plug and Play) allows the comfortable control of network devices in an IP network.
The network camera can then be seen in the Windows network environment (e.g. as a network device).

Bonjour is a function developed by Apple for the simple detection of network devices within a network.

The standard port for RTSP transmission is 554. As an alternative, this port can be
assigned a value in the range of 1025 ~ 65535. If several IP cameras are connected
in the same sub-network, then each camera should be given a unique RTSP port of
its very own.
Enter the maximum number of times access is possible via RTSP here. The number
of times access is possible should not exceed 6, as otherwise the performance of the
system may no longer be sufficient.
Access via RTSP can be protected with a user name and password. Place a tick in
the relevant boxes to do so.
In certain network constellations, transmission of RTSP via HTTP is required. Place a
tick in the selection box for this.
The standard port for the HTTP protocol is 80. As an alternative, this port can be
assigned a value in the range of 1025 ~ 65535. If several IP cameras are connected
in the same subnetwork, then each camera should be given a unique HTTP port of its
very own.
Access via HTTP can be protected with a user name and password. Place a tick in
the selection box for this.
A time limit can be imposed on access via HTTP. Options: Never (no limits), 15 min.,
30 min., 60 min.
