Potential cause / solution

Is the mains plug properly connected with the socket?

Is the socket defective? Try another socket.

Check the fuse for your mains connection.

Is the device activated? I.
•
Is there enough water in the water tank?
•
There is no water in the water tank (3).
•
No coffee powder has been added to the permanent
fi lter (11).
•
The device must be decalcifi ed (see chapter "Care and
storage").
•
Pump noises can be heard during the brewing process.
This is normal and does not represent a defect!
