Potential cause/solution
•
Is the mains plug properly connected with the socket?
•
Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
•
Check the fuse for your mains connection.
•
Is the device activated? If no button is pressed for approx. 15
minutes after the last brewing process, the device will switch
to standby mode. Push any button on the control panel to
reactivate the device.
•
Has the fi lter holder been correctly inserted?
•
Is there enough water in the water tank or milk in the milk tank?
•
There is no water in the water tank.
•
No espresso powder has been added to the fi lter.
•
The device must be decalcifi ed (see chapter "Care and stor-
age").
•
Pump noises can be heard during the brewing process. This
is normal and does not represent a defect!
