Warning labels and symbols on the machine
For safe operation and maintenance, symbols are embossed on the machine. According to these indications, please be careful not to make a mistake.

• This machine can cause serious injuries. Read this manual carefully until you can completely understand and follow all safety and operating instructions.
• Always know how to stop the machine quickly in an emergency.
• Keep this manual for future reference. In cases you have any questions which cannot be answered herein, contact an authorised sales point.
• Always make sure that this manual is included in any sale, loan or other transfer of ownership of this product.
• Never allow children or anyone unable to fully understand the instructions given in the manual to use the machine.
Personal safety
1. When using the product, you should wear proper clothing and protective equipment (helmet, ear protectors, protection goggles or face shield, thick work
gloves, non-slip work boots).
2. You should always carry with you all attached tools, properly reserved fuel, spare blade, signs to indicate your working area (rope, warning signs), whistle
(for cooperation or emergency), hatchet or saw (for removal of obstacles) and first-aid kit.
3. Do not wear loose clothing, jewelry, short trousers, sandals, or go barefoot. Do not wear anything that might be caught by a moving part of the unit. Secure
hair above shoulder length.
4. Never use the product when under the influence of medication, alcohol or other substances, when suffering from exhaustion, drowsiness or lack of sleep,
or at any other time when a possibility exists that your judgment might be impaired or that you might not be able to operate the product properly and in a
safe manner.
Working conditions
1. Never start the engine inside a closed room or building. Exhaust gases contain dangerous carbon monoxide.
2. Never use the product when the ground is slippery or when you cannot maintain a steady posture.
3. Never use the product at night, at times of heavy fog, or at any other times when your field of vision might be limited and it would be difficult to gain a clear
view of the working area.
4. Never use the product during a thunderstorm, lightning storm, high or gale force winds or any other time when weather conditions may make it unsafe to
use the product.
Working schedule
When planning your work schedule, allow plenty of time to rest. Limit the amount of time over which the product is to be used continuously to somewhere
around 30 to 40 minutes per session, and take 10 to 20 minutes of rest between work sessions. Also try to keep the total amount of work performed in a single
day under 2 hours or less.
WARNING! If you do not observe the working schedule or correct working method, Repetitive Stress Injury (RSI) could occur. If you feel discomfort,
notice redness and swelling of your fingers or any other part of your body, stop working and contact your doctor for further instructions.
Check and comply with local regulations regarding sound levels and hours of operation for your machine.
