Guarantee
If your energizer does not work like it should, please return it to the store where you have
purchased it from. Please note that you must also show the sales receipt.
The energizer has a warrenty period of 2 years and will be repaired at no charge on the follow-
ing conditions:

The damage must not be caused by unskilled use;

The device must not be connected to a wrong voltage or connected to both a battery
and 12V/230V adaptor at the same time.
The guarantee does not cover misuse, neglect or damage caused by lightning or by water
caused by immersion. Furthermore, no claims can be made for derived damages.

Test of energizer:
Detach the wire from the fence terminal (
terminal ( ) and with a distance of 1-2 mm from the fence terminal (
working as normal, a powerful spark will jump between the gap of 1-2mm. If no spark or only
a very small gap of 0.5 mm is created the energizer does not work properly.
Battery Indicator ( ):
When the battery is connected to (+max) or (+min) the battery indicator will flash once per
second. When the voltage gets below 6.0 Volt (+max) or below 6.4 Volt (+min) the battery
indicator will start to flash rapidly (approx 4 times per second), which indicates low energy on
the battery. When voltage reach 5.5 Volt (+ max) or 5.9 Volt (+min) the energizer will stop
working and the battery needs to be replaced. Note: the (+min) only works on the PB300.
Battery Indicator ( ) and the fence indicator (

The battery has run dry. Below 5.5 Volt (+ max) or 5.9 Volt (+min);

No power is connected to the energizer (12 V/230 V adaptor, not included);

The on/off switch must be turned on;

The energizer needs to be repaired.
Fence Indicator ( ) does not flash (stops when the voltage gets below 2000 V):
The fence indicator stops flashing when the voltage gets below 2,000 V. This can be caused by
a fault (short) in the fence. In this case, detach the wire from the fence terminal (
the fence indicator start to flash again?
If no: The energizer most likely needs to be repaired.
If yes: The energizer is working properly and you need to check your fence for defects such as:
