Driving is not
The charge status of the batteries is empty. Charge
possible
the batteries as soon as possible. Check the battery,
connections, and cables.
The charge status of the batteries is too high. Causes
possible
can include excessive charging and/or descending a
hill (since in this case the batteries are automatically
charged). When descending a hill, reduce the speed
in order to not charge the battery further. Switch the
scooter off and back on.
Driving is not
The scooter has consumed too much current for an
possible
overly long period of time, which could be attributed to
an excessive load, jamming, or the throttling of the motor.
Switch the scooter off and wait a few minutes before
switching it on again. The control unit has discovered a
short circuit in the motor. Check the cable harness for
short-circuited electrical circuits and check the motor.

Driving is not
Check whether the gearshift lever for the parking brake
possible
is in the locked position. The brake coil or the cables
of the parking brake are defective. Check the parking
brake and the cables for short-circuited electrical circuits
or exposed cables. Contact your customer service.
Driving is not
A STOP function is enabled or a charge blocking has
possible
occurred. Disable the STOP function and separate the
charging unit from the scooter. Bring the control lever
into a neutral position and switch the scooter off and
back on. The control lever may need to be recalibrated.
Check the cables of the control lever.
Driving is not
The control lever or its cable is defective. Check
possible
exposed cables or short-circuited electrical circuits. The
control lever could be incorrectly adjusted. Contact your
customer service.
Driving is not
The motor or its cable is defective. Check exposed
possible
cables or short-circuited electrical circuits. Contact your
