programs
1: Basic
This program is mostly used for baking a
Basis
white bread.
2: French
The bakingtime with this program is
Frans
longer than with the normal program which
gives the bread a harder crust.
3: Whole wheat
This program is used for preparing bread
Volkoren
made from heavier flours, such as whole
wheat-, wheat- and multi-grainbread. These
flours need more time kneading and rising.
The bread will generally be smaller because
the flour is heavier.
4: Quick
You can use this program for baking a
Snel
white bread in short amount of time. The
bread will be smaller then a bread baked with
the normal program.
5: Sweet
For preparing "sweet" breads like bread
Zoet
with raisins and nuts.
6: Super-Fast
You can use this program for baking a
Super snel
white bread of 900 grams within 90 min. and
within 100 min. a bread of 1200 grams.
7: Gluten free
You can use this program for baking
Glutenvrij
a gluten free bread. The machine with knead
it, let it rise and will bake it.

Deeg
for buns, pizza or any other recipe with
needs dough. The dough will not be baked.
A signal sounds, indicating that the dough
is ready and can be removed from the
breadpan.
9: Jam
For preparing a delicious jam. Note: Make
sure that you remove all the pips before you
put the ingredients in the breadpan. Sharp
pips can damage the non-stickcoating.
Process: Put all the ingredients in a breadpan
and select the JAM program. Press Start
and the breadmaker will first heat up the
ingredients. After that the breadmaker will
mix and eventually the breadmaker will cool
down the jam. After the breadmaker has
finished you will hear a beep-signal. You can
put the jam in a jar or container and leave
it to cool. As soon as it has cooled down
sufficiently you can close the jar or container
and keep it in the refrigerator.
10: Cake
For preparing a bread made with
bakingpowder instead of yeast. Breads made
with this program will be less high and more
compact. The timer cannot be used with this
program because of the immediate activity
of the bakingpowder. If you want to make
cake with this program we advise you to put
all the ingredients in the breadpan. Select
the program and before you press start, stir
the ingredients with a wooden spoon. This
increases the kneading.
11: Sandwich
You can use this program to make a soft and
airy bread for sandwiches. Attention! You
