WARNING! Risk of material damage!
Thick or firm peels, (e.g. of citrus fruits, pine-
apple), stems and pips of stone fruits (e.g.
cherries, peaches, apricots) must be removed
before blending.
• Rinse or wash the fruits.
• Cut the fruit into rough pieces (approx.
3-4 cm edge length).
• Please use a sufficient amount of liquid
(mineral water, fruit juice, milk, yoghurt).
We recommend a mixing ratio of 1:1.
Blending
CAUTION: depending on the hardness
and consistency of the ingredients in the
blender jug|5, do not fill it to the maximum;
otherwise the blade assembly|3 could be-
come clogged.
NOTE: if the smoothie is too thick, add a lit-
tle mineral water, fruit juice, milk or yoghurt
to suit your taste.
1. Place the fruit pieces and other ingredi-
ents into the blender jug|5 as desired.
2. Figure C: stick the blender jug into the
preassembled blade assembly|3 from
the bottom. The marking|8 points to-
wards the opened lock|4. The locking
blades|9 on the blender jug engage
into the recess at the blade insert.
3. Turn the blender jug as far as it will go in
a clockwise direction, until the marking|8
points to the closed lock|4.
4. Connect the mains plug|6 with the wall
socket.
5. Figure A: pivot the blender jug with
the motor unit|1 into its maximum up-
ward position. The blending process is
started.
6. Figure B: after approx. 10 - 20|sec-
onds, pivot the blender jug with the motor
unit into its fully downwards position. The
blending process is thereby completed.
