Solution
The dishwasher door is
open — close the door.
Close the door carefully,
make sure it is closed fully
Turn off the Child Lock
Add rinse aid
Check the dishwasher,
make sure it is properly
connected to hot water
When heavy soil is de-
tected, auto and normal
programmes, automatical-
ly extend the wash cycle
duration
When you select the dis-
infection option, the wash
cycle time will be extended
to reach the disinfection
temperature
